Weapon (trident), very rare (requires attunement)

A trident from an ancient underwater civilization. This weapon gives a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls. Attacks made with this weapon can deal either piercing or cold damage (your choice). In addition, you can make a special attack detailed below.

Rhythmic Attack. You attack in quick succession as if to the tune of a song. As a bonus action, immediately after taking the Attack action, you can make another melee attack which also deals an additional 2d4 piercing or cold damage on a hit (your choice). You can use this special attack a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all spent uses on a long rest.

Finally, while holding this trident, you have a swim speed equal to your normal walking speed.

Proficiency with a Trident allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
