The Amulet has 10 Charges, Visualized by the Black Sand Flowing through the Hourglass.
The Charges are Recovered after a Long Rest or you can Expend a Spell Slot to Recover as Many charges Equal to the Spell Level.
The Attuned Creature can use a bonus Action to do one of the Following Things:

• The Wielder can Cast the Wall of Sand Spell by Expending 5 Charges.
• The Wielder can Cast the Time Stop Spell by Expending 10 Charges.
• The Wielder can Cast the Slow Spell by Expending 3 Charges.
• The Wielder can Cast the Blur Spell by Expending 8 Charges.

The Creature Attuned to the Amulet also has Resistance to Psychic Damage.
