When found, looks like a gold amulet with gem of DM's choice. When gem is pressed amulet turns into a longsword hilt with blade of pure energy coming from it. It deals regular longsword damage(See players handbook) plus 1d20 radiant damage. When 1 hour of it being a sword, it turns back into an amulet. When it turns back into an amulet 1 charge is expended.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
