A amulet in a shape of a rune. When it senses danger it activates a shield around your body. The shield gives you 15 temporary hit points and you can use a bonus action to restore 5 hit points to the shield.

when activated it is active for a minute then takes a long rest to recharge

as a bonus action you can cast misty step once per long rest
