This armor was forged in the Lavarian Expanse region of the Plane of Fire for the servants of the efreeti lord, Zihistua. This dark metal armor is covered in gold trim accented with carnelian gems. One particularly large carnelian gem is set into the chest of the armor like a broach and the stone faintly flickers as though the wick of a candle burns inside. A chain hood, fit with cloth headwraps, hangs from the back.
Zihistua's Gift. Any servant of Zihistua is considered proficient with this armor even if they lack the proficiency with medium armor. Only a servant of Zihistua can gain the benefit from this armor. Any creature who dons Zihistua's Chain Shirt without his blessing immediately must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or suffer 4d4 fire damage. They must repeat this saving throw every ten minutes.
Fire Speech. You gain the ability to speak, read, and write Ignan.
Lava Walker. You can walk across molten rock as if it were solid ground.
The Servant's Servant. The carnelian set into the chest of the armor contains a small mote of elemental fire. When you use an action to tap the gem, a fire elemental is summoned as if you had cast the conjure elemental spell. Once the gem has been used this way, it can't be used this until you complete a long rest or you expend a 5th level spell slot to refill it.

Made of interlocking metal rings, a chain shirt is worn between layers of clothing or leather. This armor offers modest protection to the wearer's upper body and allows the sound of the rings rubbing against one another to be muffled by outer layers.
Notes: Language: Ignan, Proficiency: Chain Shirt, Servant of Zihistua
