Advanced Recon Helmet

This helmet fits covering the face of the wearer when activated and retracts to just a piece of metal that wraps around the top of the wearers right ear when deactivated.

While activated, you have +7 to Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. You also gain darkvision out to 240 feet and can see thermal signatures (creatures can only hide from you if they have sufficiently thick cover[something that can block visible and thermal light]). In conditions of clear visibility, you can make out details of even extremely distant creatures and objects as small as 2 feet across.
