Wondrous Item, rare
A horn taking the shape of a bugle, carved out of the piece of a carapace from a bone golem. Surrounding the bone bugle is bands of iron, adorned with studs and embedded gems; all of them glowing with a gentle aura matching their respective colors. The mouthpiece is made from a segment of carved petrified wood. Triangular holes line the piece.
This horn when used for a bonus action casts "Vicious Mockery" once per turn when used to do so.
"Most go mad when they use it. Not over time, either." ~ Gorgo, Merchant-Mariner.
