Armor of the Will-o'-Wisp

This armor is of a creation for those warriors for nature. Made of the chitinous shells of insects, bark, and leather, the armor is capable of providing protections similar to chain mail without the use of metals.

While wearing this armor you do not have disadvantage on stealth checks. In addition, the natural materials of the armor glow in response to a perceived threat on the wearer. The armor will brighten and darken as the danger increases and diminishes. While transformed under Wild Shape, the beast form will glow under the same rules as if the armor were worn in humanoid form.

A low threat level causes the armor to shed dim light in a 5-foot radius.

A medium threat level causes the armor to shed dim light in a 10-foot radius.

A high threat level causes the armor to shed bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

Sneaking by enemies always constitutes a "low threat", at minimum, and will cause the DC for a successful Dexterity (Stealth) check to raise by a minimum of 5. 

Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
