Aekthos's Amulet of Devaluation

While wearing this amulet your height is cut in half.  If the amulet is removed, the wearer will grow rapidly till they return to normal height.

This amulet is made of Metal from the heavens with a gem of unknown origin. It was made by/for Aekthos the fire giant, who fell in love with a human woman.  After her death Aekthos took the amulet with him to his grave. Aekthos's grave has long been sought after but never found.
