Wondrous Item, unknown rarity
A silver amulet with a purple gemstone buried in the front. Once the wearer equips the amulet, they must roll a wisdom saving throw of 20 or they are turned into a swarm of rats. Exactly 100 rats are created from the person and only one rat has the amulet around his neck. The effect of this spell can only be reversed by tasing the amulet off of this one rat.
