Agdon's Scarf

While you wear this long blue scarf, you can use a bonus action to imbue you with speed. If you do, the scarf doubles your walking speed, and any creature that makes an opportunity attack against you has disadvantage on the attack roll. These effects last until the end of your turn. In addition the scarf billows dramatically, even if there is no wind.

You can use this feature 2 times and regain all uses at the end of long rest.
