While wearing this amulet, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack. A spell cast deals the maximum damage, heals the maximum hit points, and effects the maximum number of targets. A breath weapon deals maximum damage. Any creature besides a dragon that tries to attune to the amulet must make a DC 20 Dexterity Saving Throw or suffer the effects of the Disintegrate spell.
