This pair of Anklets can be worn on your ankles, whenever a creature is using both anklets it gains a hover speed equal to its swimming or waking speed, which ever is greater, while hovering in this way, th creature stays up to 4 inches above the ground, this item also halfs any fall damage the wearer would take. For these anklets to work the can’t have anything covering them, boots, pants, heavy armor or anything worn over them won’t let the magic take effect
