After attunement, the amulet with begin to buzz softly against your collarbone. You say the magic words; "mutatio imaginem" (change image) and your form is transformed. The true form you most desired becomes truth in an altered form of transmutation magic. To everyone's sight and touch, including yours, that form you wished is what is seen and felt. The magic lasts until the amulet is taken off, or when the wearer says the magic words again.
The amulet can alter chest size, shoulders, hips, body hair, voice and genitalia. It can also change your height in accordance with your race's average height. The magic will not change your race, nor remove body blemishes like scars, freckles or stretch marks. It cannot cure any ailments or disabilities you have like bad eyesight, injured/missing limbs or deafness. It also cannot make you look younger or older that what your current age is.
There are limitations to the magic's ability and so the wearer has no control beyond what their body would naturally have for that body part. For example, if you wished for your chest to be flat, you wouldn't gain extra muscles if you are not naturally muscular. If you wished to not have a flat chest, you would still have a chest that is appropriate to your body size.
If the wearer attempts to use the amulet in vein, perhaps in an attempt to use it as a disguise or to mislead someone, it will shatter and deal the wearer 6d6 psychic damage.
Attunement Note: The wearer can re-attune if their "true form" feels different than before. It still takes an hour, but the true form can be changed.
