Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
When you fire this arrow you may choose to have it go into effect instead of attack. When this arrow goes into effect you may move it 300 ft. as a bonus action. Whenever a piece of non-magical ammunition travels within 100 ft. of this arrow you may use your reaction to cause this arrow to fly into its space and knock it down. Once this arrow goes into effect it cannot make attacks or move beyond your vision.
