Staff, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster that knows at least one spell that restores hit points)

This staff has 20 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges. When you do this, a creature that is adjacent to you regains a number of hit points equal to 4d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

When you expend the last charge, the large green speherical gem atop the staff cracks in a flash of light, rendering the staff useless.
