Web of Deception. Your scythes extend out from you in a 60 feet cone in a direction you choose. Each creature in the cone must make a DC 25 Intelligence saving throw. A creature takes 14d6 Psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. After a failed save, a target has muddled thoughts for 1 minute. During that time, it rolls a d6 and subtracts the number rolled from all its attack rolls and ability checks, as well as its Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration. The target can make a DC 25 Intelligence saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
