This dark crown is made of metal from meteorites of the Far Realm dragons. Its frame is formed from thirteen spines converging over the crown's brim, and its mere presence makes all creatures in the area uneasy.
When attuned, the wearer is able to dominate a beast, person, or monster within sight. The wearer may only dominate one target at a time.
