Apparatus of the Wavebreaker

This beautiful set of Iceflecks Half-Plate is simply comprised of Pauldrons, Rerebraces, and Vambraces and can be strapped over common clothing. After attunement it grants its user expert control in the aquatic setting. While attuned, You are resistant to cold damage, you gain a 50 ft. swimming speed and can Dash as a bonus action while underwater. In addition, this armor grants a +1 bonus to AC on land and +2 bonus while underwater.

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
