Alchemy Barrel

Functions as an Alchemy Jug but provides an unlimited amount of any fluid, excluding poisons or potions. Can be used to make potions except instead of healing they have the opposite effect, a willing creature may use its action to drink a potion made by this barrel and it will reduce HP by the amount that should have been restored.  "Potions" can be fed to a downed creature, if done so then they die immediately.
