Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement by a Warlock)

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When you hit with this weapon, you may choose to leave it in the target. The target may take an action to remove the dagger, but make a strength check against a DC 16 in order to do so successfully.

 

You can target this blade with Eldritch Invocations that require a cursed target, such as Relentless Hex or Maddening Hex

 

Additionally, if you have the Sign of Ill Omen Invocation, when you cast the spell you can infuse the spell into the weapon. If the weapon is stuck in the target, they take the effects of the Bestow Curse until the weapon is removed. The spell only ends on the weapon if a Remove Curse spell is cast on the weapon itself.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
