Acsius

With Ribs made of etched platinum and a leaf that appears to be storm clouds suspended in space this item is unique and irreplaceable. (Cannot be sold) This magical fan allows the wielder to command some of the powers of Acsius, the Unseelie Archfey of Air. This fan can be used to create a multitude of effects out of combat. The fan can create 5 effects before needing to recharge, taking 1d6 days to recharge. Some examples of the effects it can create are:

• Calling a cloud of fog to fill a space, up to a 50 foot diameter sphere, heavily obscuring all within the mist for 2d10 minutes or until it is dispelled.
• Creating a powerful gust of wind that can knock creatures large or smaller back, strength saving throw matching the wielders spell save DC
• Can be used to create a 15' x 15' wall of air in any direction around the wielder.
• Can create a bubble of air in toxic environments or underwater for 1d4 minutes. 
• Can use 2 charges to summon a Dust, Ice or Smoke Mephit for up to 1 hour or until it is dismissed.
• Any other affects at DM discretion. 

The Fan also can cast Feather Fall or Misty Step as a bonus action once per long rest.
