Amulet of Misty Exchange

While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to swap the positions of two medium sized or smaller creatures you can see within 60ft. This does not provoke an opportunity attack for the moved creatures.

If both creatures are willing, they are each enveloped in a cloud of mist and instantly swap places.

If either creature is unwilling, they must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be swapped.

The amulet cannot be used again in this way until the wearer completes a short or long rest.
