You can use one of three abilities 3 times per day:
- You can teleport to an unoccupied space within 120 feet of you.
- You can swap places with a willing creature that's within 60 feet of you. If they are not willing, they roll a wisdom saving throw using your spell save DC, swapping places with you on a failed save.
- You and an additional creature within 5 feet of you (if they're willing) can teleport to unoccupied spaces within 60 feet of you. Same rules apply if they're not willing.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
