This ornate Mythril and Gold spyglass was commissioned and used by Captain Adreale of The Matador during her life and career in the Thousand Years War.
As a bonus action, the attuned may magically change the shape of the spyglass from a ring into a spyglass or vice-versa.
In ring form, it functions as a ring of x-ray vision.
In spyglass form, it functions as a normal Spyglass whether attuned or not.
Once per day at the end of a trance the attuned can become proficient in one language and one tool proficiency they are not already proficient in.
While attuned, the spyglass can magically enhance the user's perception. The spyglass can enhance your vision from the normal two times to up to five times the normal. While looking through the spyglass at any distance, the user gains the Keen Sight traight, granting them advantage on Perception checks. Once per day, for 10 minutes the attuned may choose to see in the infrared spectrum, sensing heat rather than vision. During these 10 minutes, the attuned can switch between normal vision to infrared at their discretion.
Finally, while putting their crew before themselves, the attuned gains advantage on Charisma checks, and their Charisma score becomes 15 if it isn't already higher. This trait functions at the DM's discretion.
