Appraiser's Eye

The eye of the appraiser is the signature created item by Johan Heisenberg. Its made of Mithril and Adamantine, with a pearl as the eye. This item has 10 charges and regains 1d6+2 at the next Dawn. This allows the user to send 1 charge to cast Identify, and 3 charges to cast legend Lore. It also allows the user to perform a History or Arcane ability check to identify the value of non magical items. It gives the user a bonus to there History and Arcana ability checks equal to their Intelligence Modifier.
