Weapon (longbow), unknown rarity (requires attunement by a unknown requirements)

This bow is ancient in it's design and mysterious in its properties.  Light seems to avoid settling on this ornate bow, leaving the details of its form difficult to make out.   This bow is under the effect of a permanent Nondetection spell.

Once attuned, the wielder can fire an arrow into a dimly lit area, causing them to immediately teleport to where the arrow hit and become wreathed in shadows.  They remain hidden until the beginning of their next turn or until they make an attack.   When hidden in this fashion, any attack does an extra 1d8 piercing damage.

This long lost bow was forged during a great war during the Netheril empire against the Phaerimm.   It was magically enchanted to hunt down the Phaerimm and other aberrations.  Once attuned, you are given an addition Favored Enemy (Aberrations).

This magical bow has a +1 to both its hit and damage rolls, and has three charges for the teleportation effect that resets at dawn.

Note: The hidden effect after teleporting follows the same rules as stealth, and checks for a creature to see the wielder of this bow follows normal rules.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Favored Enemy: Aberrations, unknown requirements, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
