This Shield gives no bonus to AC. It has 3 charges and restores 1d2 charges every day at dawn. You can expend 1 charge to succeed on a perception check that you have failed.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
