You can use an action to speak this item's command word as shimmering magical armor takes form around you. If you are not wearing armor, your base AC becomes 16. You can use a bonus action to end the effect by speaking another command. This property can be used for a total of 10 minutes per day. In addition, while the item is active you can cast either gust of wind or warding wind (with WIS as your spellcasting modifier). Once this property has been used, it cannot be used again until the following Dawn.
