This small leather-bound journal is covered in chemical burns and is clearly aged, the pages a bit torn. Reading the various complex alchemical formulae and well taken notes this is obviously some ancient alchemist's accumulation of their life's work, but there is no signature or name of an author to be found.
Upon attuning to this book, an artificer can create 1 random Experimental Elixir (as shown below) per day at the end of a long rest. If said artificer is already an Alchemist, they instead gain the ability to create 1 additional Experimental Elixir and always choose what Experimental Elixir is created through the use of their Experimental Elixir class feature.
