When the wearer of this item sees a magical effect the circlet immediately identifies what it is so long as it has a record of it. When the item sees an effect it has not encountered before but has a record of something similar it can give the wearer insight into what it might be. The circlet is able to make records of new magical phenomenon as well. The wearer also inherits darkvision out to 60 feet, proficiency in perception, and expertise in arcana. This item has 6 charges, and recharges 1d4+ charges at dawn, you can expend one of these charges by saying the command phrase "Nan iChîr Gelair" to give yourself truesight out to 120 feet.
Destroying the Book
To destroy Alathrien's Eyes one must bring them to a member of the original bloodline that created the item and the blood-kin must smash the Eyes with an enchanted hammer.
