Amulet of the Steed

This magical amulet grants the ability of the wearer to cast the paladin spell Find Steed to any class or alignment while worn.

If removed the spell is broken.

Attunement is technically required by an hour of bonding with the summoned mount although this does not take an attunement slot.

It is rumored that there are more powerful amulets that allow the castiing of FInd Greater Steed, or perhaps are just this amulet with further enchantments.
