Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement by a Must put a drop of blood in )
This orb glows faintly of a certain color(depending on dm/players choice) it also changes all fire effects (torches fire spells etc.) To that color in a sphere area of their total levels*10 feet (so if a player is level 2 than a sphere 20 feet around them all flame changes to choosen color), weilder of this item also can use one of 3 charges (resets every long rest) to re roll a magic related saving roll
