A palm sized medallion hangs from an iron chain. On one side of the medallion is a carving of a tortoise, on the reverse side is a carving of a hare. The amulet has two charges, and regains any spent charges at dawn. The wearer can focus on one side of the amulet and speak its command word (no action required), depending on which side of the medallion's command word is spoken, the wearer gains the following effects:
The Tortoise: When the wearer of the amulet speaks the Tortoise command word, the whole world seems to slow around them. The wearer can use this moment of zen to regain 2d10 HP, but loses it's bonus action for one round. (Costs 1 Charge)
The Hare: When the wearer of the amulet speaks the Hare command word, a burst of energy and vigor overtakes them. The wearer gains an additional bonus action for one round and their movement speed increases by 10ft. for one round. (Costs 1 Charge)
Notes: Focusing on this item for 1 hour gives the wearer access to its magical properties.
