Arae Rebus (Aqua Razor)

A glass potion bottle filled with crystal clear water about the size of a potion of healing filled with pure water. Atop the vial is a small ornate golden stopper with arcane runes etched into it, hanging off the side of the stopper is a small silver chain connecting it to the vial. Whenever the stopper is removed from the bottle a 3ft long scimitar-like blade made of pure elemental water forms, the magical blade perpetually dripping water. As well as being a formidable and deadly weapon this magical item also functions as a Decanter of Endless Water.

You gain the following effects while attuned to this weapon:

• You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
• This blade has the finesse property.
• You can breathe both air and water.
• You have a swim speed of 60 feet, and you ignore any of the drawbacks caused by a deep, underwater environment.
• You have darkvison out to 60 feet while on land and 120 feet while submerged in water or any liquid that contains water.

While holding this weapon, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it (with a save DC of 17 and an attack bonus of +9): ray of frost (at will), shape water (at will), Snilloc's snowball swarm (2 charges), wall of water (3 charges), control water (4 charges), maelstrom (5 charges), conjure elemental (5 charges, only water elementals).

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
