While wearing this silken stole, an attuned creature can expend 1 charge to cast warding bond.

While the spell is active, the wearer of the stole cannot move out of range of the target of the bond. Any spell or effect that would move them more than 60 feet from the target of the bond, either voluntarily or involuntarily, automatically fails. A spell or effect that moves both the wearer of the stole and the target of the bond, such as a teleportation circle, and keeps them within 60 feet of each other is unaffected.

If the target of the bond moves out of range, the spell ends, but the wearer of the stole will know their exact location for the remainder of the warding bond's initial duration, even if the target is on another plane of existence.

The stole regains all charges at dawn.
