First worn by an adventurer who dared defy Nelchior, the warring god of night and dark secrets. This armor has been infused with motes of Eternal Light that allows its wearer to see the unseen and bring light into the darkest of places.
While wearing this armor, you can use an action to shed bright light in a 30 foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 ft. You can use a bonus action to end this effect.
Luminous Retribution: This armor has 3 charges and it regains 1d3 expended charges at dawn. When you are hit with an attack while wearing this armor you can use your reaction to cause the armor to flash with blinding light in a 15 foot radius. Any creature in this light must make DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 radiant damage and is blinded until your next turn. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn't blinded. Undead creatures have disadvantage on this saving throw.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Bright!, Combat, Warding, Stealth Disadvantage
