Acidic Wand

The wand of acid has 5 charges, recovering 1d4 + 1 charges at every dawn. When using the wand, it uses your spell save DC and your spell attack modifier.

You can use an action and spend a charge to cast Tasha's Caustic Brew. You can cast this spell at higher levels for one spell level per charge expended beyond the first.

You can alternatively use an action and spend 2 charges to give a creature within 30ft of you that you can see vulnerability to acid damage. If the creature is resistant to acid damage, it takes acid damage as normal. If the creature has immunity to acid damage, it instead has resistance.
