A Soarsled modification by Magnus Ebb, metal and magic housings extend around the crystalline disk and finely leverage the Manifest Zone for better control by its rider.
The Soarsled V2 is like a wide snowboard with extensions encapsulating a 3-foot-diameter crystalline disk crackling with energy and capable of rapid flight. Within the city limits of Sharn, you can stand on the disk and activate it. It hovers beneath you, allowing you to ride it in the air. It has a flying speed of 90 feet, and stops hovering when you step off. It can carry up to 600 pounds.
This Soarsled provides built-in proficiency with piloting it. Pilots may use an Intelligence Check or Acrobatics to control the Soarsled but requires concentration. The Soarsled also has safety protocols to stop or move away in case of collisions but this may be overridden with a piloting check.
Beyond Sharn (or other Manifest Zones), it has limited flight capabilities. While standing on the disk, you expend 1 of its charges. The disk gains a flying speed of 60 feet for 10 minutes. The disk has 3 charges and regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
