Wondrous Item, rare
This bandoleer, when worn across the chest in an X fashion, can hold up to 11 daggers. These daggers are not immediately noticeable and remain subtly available to the wearer. In addition, this bandoleer allows the wearer to throw a dagger as a surprise action at the beginning of combat even if a surprise round is not available.
