Amulet of the stables

This item can draw a mount inside of it as long as it is within 30 feet. While a mount is inside they are fed and watered. It can also be used to summon an actual enclosed stable where up to 5 horses can be kept at a time and up to ten people an sleep in the loft above the horses where there are simple beds also inside is a regenerating supply of food and water for horses and people. When the stable is returned to an amulet all of the horses are safely ejected to the nearest unoccupied space.
