The Amulet of Necrotic Reversal is a medallion made of a strange, extremely dark gold -- almost black. Etched in its surface are four runic symbols of an long-dead language. Inset into each symbol is a ruby that, when examined closely, glows with an unearthly inner light.
If a person wears this amulet, they are immune to necrotic damage. Each time they are hit with a necrotic attack, one charge will deplete. If the amulet is placed over someone who has suffered necrotic damage, the amulet will heal and reverse all that damage. Each time the amulet is used this way will also deplete one charge.
Each time a charge depletes, the light in one of the rubies goes out. When the amulet runs out of charges, it stops working. It re-charges every morning at dawn.
