Alchemist's Blade

This item is presented as a foot and a half long hilt without a blade made of iron with a broad cross guard and large arcane rune on its pommel. As an action, the wielder can touch the hilt to any solid material(iron, stone, wood, silver, gold, ect.) or energy (fire, ice, water, lightning, wind, ect.) and pulls the material from the elements origin leaving a space where it came from. The wielder may then shape the material into the the desired form that becomes a +1 weapon and takes on the weapons properties. This items form lasts for one hour and may be dismissed at will and transmutes the material used into is original form.
