Anesthetic Tincture

This tincture, made from extracted poppy seeds and lavender buds, is purple in hue and commonly used as a pain receptor blocker during surgical treatment.

Upon injection into a humanoid, all pain shall cease for 1 hour. Any hindering effects based on pain (such as Power Word: Pain) are ineffective for the duration, and the creature has advantage on Constitution checks and saving throws.

After the potions effects wear off, roll a D20. On a 1, the creature is Incapacitated for 1 hour with nausea and vomiting. This threshold goes up by 1 with each subsequent daily use.
