A small circular silver disk attached to a leather cord. The disk is 1/4 inch thick and flat on both sides. When not attuned the silver disk will appear like a mirror on both sides. A very faint tingle of transmutation magic is given off by the disk.
When the amulet is attuned, the wearer will choose one race that is close in size to their current race. Once the race is chosen, an image of the wearer will appear on one side of the amulet, and a picture of what they would look like as the chosen race on the other side. This will then allow the wearer to cast the Alter Self spell at will to change into the chosen race only. The spell will last until dispelled by the wearer, or the amulet is removed. Furthermore, the spell does not require concentration, but the wearer will suffer disadvantage on all concentration checks while the spell is active.
