Amulet of the Stars, +1

This amulet bears bejeweled stars on gossamer strands. While you wear this amulet, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls and saving throw DCs of your spells. The bonus is determined by the amulet's rarity. This amulet can also be used as a star map and druidic focus.

While you wear this amulet, you can use starry form without expending a use of your Wildshape feature. Once this property is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn. This item cannot be used if the user is also attuned to a Moon Sickle of any rarity.
