A pearl amulet with the image of a constrictor snake eating the moon. The Amulet of Dendar is a very strange item that demands respect from the Yuan Ti that worship Dendar as their chief deity. If the amulet is worn and attuned by a cleric, warlock, wizard, druid, paladin, or ranger, they harness the ancient Yuan Ti magic within the amulet and can summon a small moon that orbits around them. The moon is only a few inches in diameter and floats 5 feet above the wearer's head.
As a bonus action, the wearer of the amulet can summon the small moon. When the moon is summoned, the wearer is resistant to radiant damage. The moon can be dismissed as a bonus action.
When speaking to Yuan Ti, Naga, or a snake, the wearer gains advantage on persuasion, intimidation, and animal handling checks.
The amulet has six small rubies that dot the edge of it. While the moon is summoned, the wearer can expend one charge to heal 2d4 + 2 hit points to themselves, or 1d4 + 2 hit points to a creature they can see. Daily at dusk, the wearer can recharge 1d6 charges.
