Once attuned the owner may use a charge to reduce the DC on identifying lies and deception. Using all 8 charges can grant Truesight to the user for 1 min. When the Liar Lyre is attuned and a charge is used, it detects lies and deceptions by playing softly, the greater the lie, the louder it plays. If one individual lies to the wielder three times in a 24 hour period the Liar Lyre casts Produce Flame igniting any armor they are wearing.
