Infinate party popper

This un-popped popper rattles as if it's always full. The party popper weighs 1 pound.

You can use an action to remove the stopper and speak one of three command words, whereupon different amounts of  - 1) confetti, streamers and small boiled sweets, OR 2) ribbons, confetti and your choice of paper shapes shoots out of the flask. When the confetti stops pouring out, and the cap and string reappear.
The three command words:

• "Stream" produces 5 seconds of either 1 or 2.
• "Fountain" produces 1 min of either 1 or 2.
• "Geyser" produces 2 min of either 1 or 2 that bursts forth in a geyser 30 feet long and 1 foot wide. As a bonus action while holding the party popper, you can aim the geyser at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and fall prone. Instead of a creature, you can target an object that isn't being worn or carried and that weighs no more than 100 pounds. The object is either knocked over or pushed up to 15 feet away from you. This ability has one charge and is usable once per day.
