While you wield this Racket, you can forgo an attack to shoot a ball of psionic power at a target. Make a ranged weapon attack roll (20/60) using your wisdom modifier. On hit, the ball deals 1d6 + wis psychic damage. You can do this a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier before a long rest. This Racket has the finesse property, and deals 1d6 + str/dex magical bludgeoning damage. You are proficient with this weapon while attuned to it.
Proficiency with a Mace allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
